*NEW* John deere T660i & S670i cutting 14m wide | Wheat harvest 2016 | Drone view

Last year John Deere introduced the all new T-range walker combines. The T660i is one of two models in the T600 range and has slightly less horsepower than the bigger T670i. This machine is fitted with a 622R 6,6m wide header. It is being followed by a slightly older JD S670i which sports a 625R header. This machine belongs to contractor Rademakers from Swifterbant. The T660i is a demo machine from Dutch dealer Greve B.V. Together, they have a working width of 14,1m!

The T660i has a 9L 6 cylinder PowerTech PSS engine with twin turbo that delivers a maximum of 387 HP and is Stage IV compliant. For threshing it has a 800mm diameter separator drum followed by a 400mm rear beater. It has a separation area of 4m² which JD claims is the largest on the market in this class. Further separation is carried out by six straw walkers.

The T660 has a 9.000L grain tank as standard or optional 11.000L one. This model has the first option. Road speed is 40 km/h max and tracks are also available. Both combines in this video are fitted with JD StarFire GPS systems. The customers tractors can be seen on the headland. A New Holland M100 and Case IH MXM 140 both with Beco 22T capacity three axle trailers.
