On October 8th for the first time the Old-Timer maize harvesting event was held in Dalen, the Netherlands. Three self propelled forage harvesters from the 1970s came into action: A Hesston Field Queen 7655, Fox 6350 and Farmhand F-600 Turbo. All very rare pieces by today’s standards.
The SPFH’s were followed by 1 trailed and 3 mounted machines with tractors. A whole array of classic tractors could be seen carting the crop to the clamp. Two County tractors, a Super Six 1124 and 1164, were also part of the impressive team.
